What ever you do DON"T put anything with acetone on it into an oven. Acetone is highly flammable and will create an explosive atmosphere.
Paper towels are OK but tend to break up and leave paper fibers on the glass.
Compressed air is OK but works much better if warm (hair dryer?)
Acetone does the job but creates dangerous fumes and is a costly method.
A warm oven works very well but the temperature must be kept quite low to prevent the possibility of cracking.
