There are so many beautiful places that I have been to that are on my must return to list, but at the top of the list is the southern most tips of land in Argentina & Chile,Punta Arenas,Chile & Tierra del Fuego Argentina the very ends of the world before the antartic. Magnificent scenery, pristine forests, lakes ,coastlines,& to stand atop the cliffs of cape horn & see the atlantic & pacific oceans meet, the turbulance,of two oceans meeting is breath taking, turn around & see the most beautiful mountain ranges, the small towns, with such warmth & hospitality, the larger cities, with wonderful old world european archetecture, the blending of various cultures, european & native ,warmth, hospitality, the pristine air, views, make you want to linger, the people that visit are ones that are interested in places in the roads less traveled, discovering people, places & beauty that most tourists have lierally missed the boat on. So much to see & savor. To go once is to discover great things,to return is to feel embraced by the land, sea, mountains & the people.I stayed at B&Bs,with english settlers, croatian 3rd generationers, italian settlerswhose grandparents settled their land,a wonderful german family in Bariloche in the mountains, whose roots go back to early 1900s,at each home there was pride, warmth & love of where they reside. They share more than comfortable lodgings & family meals, they provide a great history & even take you to places that you would not normally know of from regular tourist info.It is a soulful, almost metaphysical places that tugs at your heart, mind,& soul.It is an awesome experience.I plan to return for a 3 week visit this next year,to renew my spirit.

Even I am not the gambler..but Las Vegas is really something to my opinion. Great city...great shows and cheap & good food compared to other city. This is just an opinion from someone who is not residing in the USA but have been traveled a lot to many destinations around the world over last 30 years.

i've been to some exiting places, but if i must make a choice, i think it would be sossusvlei in namibia. you certainly kow it: on many pc's you'll see a dune on the desktop - that's it!

it's really amazing when you get there - a blue sky (i think they get rain every 20 years ore something like that), alomst red sand, and the sun. if you get the chance to spend just 1 day in africa, go there!

Portugal.
The sea, the scenery, people, shops and sitting out on the veranda, 13 floors up, looking at the ocean with my husband drinking a jug of sangria, eating fresh bread, cheese, chorizo sausage, tomatoes and home grown oranges.
Heaven.
