how do you do a sea salt soak for a stretched ear?

There's a variety of ways:
Soak a paper towel and hold that in place.
Use a shot glass and just dunk it in.
You could use a Q-tip or cotton ball, but just swabbing it allows it to dry and leave the salt behind and that tends to irritate sometimes.

Once you're done, don't forget to rinse any remaining salt off with plain water.
