The first one I ever saw was The Burning (it was the cut VHS release in the early 90's). I actually quite enjoyed it, but I don't recall being corrupted by it!!

The first uncut one I saw was Evil Dead - which is a classic!

Out of the entire list, I think I was only shocked by Cannibal Holocaust (poor turtle!) - I Spit on Your Grave was pretty gruelling too.

When I was a kid,it was a public information film called 'Lonely waters' voiced by Donald Pleasance.
Not nasty, but it scared the hell out of me......
Wouldn't even take a bath.
You can see it on the national archives website (along with green cross code man, tufty the squirrel and other nasties)
Enjoy.

Faces of Death was the first one I saw which was actually pretty poor. I saw Driller Killer which was utter rubbish and I Spit On Your Grave which was kinda ok but still not great. The best one has to be Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Sadly they often substitute content for shock value.

'last house on the left' before it was banned, there is still controversy as to whether it was a real snuff movie. i found it disturbing watching it at 15yrs, wouldn't fancy watching it again.

Wolf Creek, had to go back to it to decide just how sickened I was. Won't do that again. Don't intend going to Australia.
