Or are they just predisposed innately
to it?

If people are born blank like an unformatted, unpartitioned, and unprogrammed computer, which people (and animals) do come with a basic instinct and choosing option with certain tastes and preferences unlike a computer, then aren't they predisposed to a certain nature that sets them apart from everyone else like a fingerprint. That is until interaction with such diverse influences and variables that can change them? (Basically, what I am asking is are people born good with a good, indifferent, or evil heart?)

There are studies that show people are pre-dispositioned to carry a certain type of belief. There were studies done in CA and CT and repeated by a Christian Church in New Zealand that found conservatives are less able to handle open ended questions and tend to see the world in black and white terms to deal with the cognitive dissonance that it causes. This occurrs in about 50% of the population. Though things like education and environment certainly have an influence.

I'm not conservative bashing, I didn't conduct the study, I'm just answering.

Good question, "nature or nurture." People say that being gay isn't a choice, yet gays say it is, so who's right, those who are, or those who don't know? What makes a liberal a liberal and someone on the left, on the left? I'm a Libertarian because I believe we should all be free to decide for ourselves what is right and wrong for "ourselves." I do disagree with the Libertarian's stand-point on gun control (or lack thereof) but I go along with the partyline because everything else is where I like it. No illegal drugs, no government in "our lives, forcing their beliefs on us." Guns in the hands of free people, democracy a good thing and big government a very bad thing. Abortion between a woman, her doctor and her God, just common sense laws that make America stronger and safer and less paranoid, less like it is now. More control in the hands of the States and less in Federal hands and more security on the borders and what/who is coming INTO this country.

Why am I this way? I always have been, I think I was this way to "protect my identity as a gay person from left wing identity people who want to harm us" and trust me they do. They dream about taking our rights just because we're born different, or as they say "the choice we make." How sad.

You are not born that way. It is your day to day life and your experiences that help shape your views.

A person who was raised rich are more than likely going to vote conservative because that is who is on their side.

A person who was raised poor is probably going to go with liberal because they tend to be on the side of the poor.

Liberals are born out of the belief that symbolism is more important than substance.

No. I belive life experience determines your political leaning. And listening to the news. See what your current political leaders are doing & see if you believe in it. If not, at least vote against them. If you feel strongly, campaign against them.
