My coworker told me today that she has a friend who is a court clerk in Pittsburgh that said Bob O'Conner is in fact dead and it's not yet announced, still the news media claims he's alive, despite their growing lack of updates on his condition.
So is he dead or not, in your opinion?

He's alive, for now. I heard the same rumor several times today. WTAE was reporting that someone misunderstood what a priest said, when the priest was talking about a mass for Mayor O'Connor.

I think he is still alive. I have been living in Florida for several months and check out the post gazette online everyday. They say he is still alive. If he dies, and I fly up for the funeral, will you pick me up at the airport?

He's still alive, but I don't think he's far from death. They are already reporting what will happen when he dies.
