How do you know they have the same IP? I'm not doubting that they're the same, but there's no way to prove it, either. The only way to get access to someone's computer to find out their IP is by hacking, as far as I know. If you found another method, please share!
It's my theory that MOST of the people being accused of multiple profiling are not. I know for a fact that Skerry and Ah Ha are not the same person. I've been accused of multiple profiling, and I know I'm not. There's just me.
If you're positive, report them, and have Yahoo check up on it. If they do have the same IP, Yahoo will know, and both of them will be suspended.
Otherwise, they'll still be here.
And to all the people who want to know why this matters, it matters for two reasons:
1) It takes away from the whole point of this site if there are people gaming points. It's unfair to the honest ones here. It's also against the TOS.
2) False accusations are constantly flying around. It NEEDS to be proven whether or not people are multiple profiling.
As someone who has been accused, I want my name cleared!
