Ok, I had a girlfriend who sabotaged something in my house, I called her on it and she got mad.. I told her we couldntbe friends anymore. After this she let it be known in the neighbor how she hated me and then her daughter began to pick at mine.( her daughters 17 mine is 12) I went to her house to tell her about what her daughter had done and she didnt disagree with it. We began arguing and I embarassed her infront of a few people. In return, she called the cops after I left and when they came to her house she lied and told them that I punched her daughter in the eye when her daughter already had that black eye. Her intent was to lie and get me locked up but the cops used their own discretion and figured that I was tellin the truth so they didnt lock me up..(yeah shes a real troublemaker)
Here's the dilema!!
Her boyfriend broke up with her a day after this happened between me and her and now he wants to be with me..
Question is: should I date him to get back at her for lying me?

If you really...and I mean really...care for the guy you could date him, however, don't you think that she may be crazy and it may be more hassel then it's worth? If I were you, as long as your daughter is safe, I would keep as far away from that woman as possible! If her daughter continues to pick on yours go to the police and get a restraining order! Your child is your first priority!

I think you should only date the guy if you were head over heels in love with him. But even so, in order to feel safer, I would try to move into another place, so she wouldn't see the two of us together. From what you told us about her, it is clear that she is kind of unpredictable.
That is, on no account you should date him just to take revenge on her. In the first place this is not fair with him, and then by taking such a revenge you are going down onto the same level as her.
You have broken your relationship with her. That was enough. Now you know better not to deal with her again. Just move on.

I wouldn't trust her or him to me from experience that this looks like a set up of some kind i wouldn't do it.

stay far away from him as you possibly can, it will only add more fuel to her already hot fire. you have your daughter to think about also.
