phone is a tri-band phone.was on 850 frequ went out of town and it will not go back stays on roam what happen?

I went out of my service and when i got back home it just stays on roam i dont know what happen !!! please help

Stop using your phone and call your provider immediately and ask what the hell is going on. And make sure you record who you talk to and when.

Because you'll need as much info as you can get into nailing them to the wall because it'll be almost impossible to get them to reverse roaming charges to your bill.

Have you tried a "soft" reset? Turn off the phone, pull the battery for 30 seconds, put the battery back in and power up the phone to see what happens.
