The towns listed above are southwest of Chgo. Southwestern Illinois suburbs would be Alton, East St Louis, Collinsville, Cahokia, Eduardsville, Columbia and Belleville. These are suburbs of St Louis in SW Ilinois.

OK south of Chicago would be Evergreen Park, Oak Lawn, Alsip, Crestwood, Blue Island, Oak Forest.
Now more west would be Orland Park, Orland Hills, Homer Glenn, Joliet,
