Just how do you plan to question the masses ? Perhaps you don't realize it but the masses are questioned every election day. In answer to your question, I would say that I can find nothing wrong with that.

Nothing, Bush should question the masses. It should work the other way, too. We (the Masses) have a right to question him.

Democracy works best when the masses are educated. We answer important questions at the voting polls. When the masses think they have answers, and therefore should be consulted, but actually lack knowledge, they are simply spouting off opinions.

Individuals are smarter than masses. Polls can also be conducted so the questions fit the results the polltakers want.
