i would suggest the cleansing/detox programs Dr.Schultz has. I've done the colon cleanse due to the same things you're feeling and I felt soooo much better! It was amazing - I've been suggesting it to everyone I know now. Other things I've done in the past are fresh green juices for a few days -(I did 4 over a long weekend) and 3 day fruit fast while on a yoga retreat - but that you have to do while exercising otherwise you could have excess yeast buildup from all the sugar.
Good luck - just get some of the bad stuff out, and some good stuff in and you'll feel better soon! Be patient and don't give up.

well if were only your immune system you would want to take 2 tabs of 1,000 iu vitmin c. one in morning and one at night or you can take them both at same time. do this reigmen for 3 days you will feel great. if you just want to clean out your whole system then I would suggest going to a health store for a cleanser. the best kind are found in smoke shops for 35-40 dollars and work great. hope this helps.

Short term extreme - water. Longer term (don't how long, but aimed to rule out allergies) lamb and pears. Longer than this - you need to think about what you're swallowing that's bad for you, and need to work out your own personal problems. Eat fruit and veg for a short time (longer if you want) - as pure as possible, but please don't lose sleep over the source. No alcohol however. Just ideas, personally I emphasise thinking about your own poisons and reduce them.

How long have you got?

long-term: take up yoga
medium term: de-tox foot spa treatment (buy a kit and do it yourself, it works for me)
short term: lots and lots of water, and fresh air!

oh, and cut out the clubbing

Try making a milky drink with a teaspoon of honey and plenty of nutmeg grated into it. It puts you to sleep because the nutmeg is a natural barbiturate. Works on randy boyfriends too!.

try taking prenatal vitamins for a couple days or week. they have everything you need to get your body in whack, and are completely safe.
if you want to go another route, you could do one where you drink 8 oz of liquid every hour or two. alternating; chamomile tea, ice water, juice.

It entirely depends on what your detoxing from. If booze, milk thistle is the underrated miracle cure!
