Would you rather be waging the war with the militant terrorist on their soil or American Soil?

This question is for Americans only. Lets not forget that the attack on 9-11 not the first attack on the World Trade Center by terrorist. Just a few years earlier they attempted to bring the Towers down with bombs placed in the foundation.

I personally feel that talking with the terrorist was not going to happen on their part. I also feel that their is no reason for talking to them after they declared war upon by attacking us on our on soil. We can never agree to negotiate with terrorist for once you do they will believe they have won a victory over you and they will come back the next time and do more damage.
