The only true way to do this is to remove the mirrors and put a wire that is electrically heated on the back of the mirror. By heating the mirror no moisture will form. I believe this was in a wood magazine or Popular Science several years ago. The wire is similar to a wire one would wrap a pipe in the winter to prevent freezing.

Glycerin will help prevent misting but it may make the reflection a bit wavy. Just wipe on glycerin and polish the glass.

It is not mist but better yet it is condensation because the mirror is cooler that the air ans when the moist heated air hits the mirror it turns to liquid......There are products for scuba goggles and swim goggles try this link or go by a dive shop in the area. I read that if you wipe shaving cream on it this will stop it as shaving cream does have glyceryn in it.
Or gee quit taking such long hot showers ... :-)

I don't think it is mist on the mirror when you take your bath. It is the vapour because of hot water you use. Why do you bother when it cleans your mirror? If possible, get a wiper fixed or hang a piece of cloth by the side of the mirror to get it cleaned.

Shaving cream applied then wiped off is supposed to prevent the mist from forming. Give it a go.
