the answer is NO
the reason is that the business model is the deflation business. Meaning if you want to buy the net gear for 200$, six month later that same net gear may sell for 100$, because the new technology replace too quick to make money. To get the same amount of revenue, nortel has to double the production to get the same amount of money.
