Yes. Don't worry, you'll barely feel it at all. They know that they need to be very gentle with you and that you probably don't like their hands being on your balls. If you need to get a prostate exam, that is not any harder. You need to have everything checked out anyway. Wouldn't you rather have a guy check you out for problems instead of dying a slow and painful death because you were too uncomfortable to get an exam? Don't worry, the doctors know you probably won't be thrilled about it and they'll try to hurry the exam along. While you're at it, ask them what they're feeling for and how they know if something is wrong. You can then check yourself between visits. It just might save your life!

Yes..I mean they want put it under a microscope. He will check for Hernia's on each side, and you will turn your head and "cough" .
Depending on your age he may check your prostate if you are, say over fifty, but I don't think you are. He may x-ray your lungs, check your muscle reflexes, read the eye chart, examine ears, throat. But the nurse will not be in the room.
You will also have to pee in a cup and they will check your kentones, look for trash, i.e. not the household type. There are many things that just an urine test will tell the doctor.

it depends on what the physical is for and how detailed it is.. if it is just a general check up they might not. but if it is a complete physical they will. it isnt fun....
