The Red Sox won in 2004 and before that it was 1918, White Sox won in 2005 and before that was 1917 (one year before and one year after the Red Sox), the Cubs last won in 1908, which was 10 years before the Red Sox, so they'll need an additional 10 years beyong the Red Sox win. So, according to my flawless calculations (uh-huh, right!), the Cubs will win in 2014. Wait 8 years and you'll finally get to see it!
