No question in life is "dumb". We ask questions either because we need the answer or help in picking out which answer you already have may be the best way to go for you.

In the world that we live in today, for security reasons I would never use my real name for my email address.

Just be creative and choose a name that sounds professional being you have clients. Plus one that is a joy for you to type. (Plus not complex as you will get tired typing a complex email address).

For sure you should have one for clients & one for friends. Not really good to mix the both.

For sure something good will come to mind.

Best wishes.

Hello
There is never a dumb question just dumb answers.
I would use my-site/company for my clients, and the hot-mail for friends.
