first, you have to get serious if you want to lose weight. You can't be drinking sodas and eating ice cream every time you turn around. Eat really healthy stuff and stay away from sugars and sodas. Exercise. Secondly, get some fashion magazines. I can tell you that cargo pants are out and leggings are in. You get noticed at school by dressing cool and having a cool attitude. That means you aren't mean to people or dress like a slut, you are warm and charming. Shop at the gap or old navy. There;s always cool stuff there.

There is no good way 2 lose alto of weight in 2 weeks. But, you could start. Try drinking more water. It will make you feel full so you will eat less, it will help with any skin problems, make your hair shiny, and help to avoid joint problems later in life. Try to give up all junk food, eat more veggies, and proteins. Your body burns off calories like this--proteins, carbs, then sugars. If you have most of the first, and a few of the last two, you should lose weight.
About looking cool, you should always dress to make yourself feel better. if you don't, you'll feel uncomfortable and therefore, not "kool". But, if you must, try to go to the mall and see what's out there. Or go online and check out online stores. All the major stores have online stuff too. Like hollister, ae, bebe,etc...
How to get noticed in school is easy. Don't be easy. Respect yourself and you'll be amazed how many people will want your attention. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

1. loose weights just go for a run jumping jacks those things. how to dress. 2. School is coming up for me too and it is a new school i will would wear a skirt and a shirt nad lip gloss braclets not too much are they will think you are werid. 3.Well I am notice at school so but remeber you don`t want to be someone you are not! take these tips 1. make lots of friends
2. if you are in 6th grade or up find a boyfriend
3. Try to act girly girl or do a sport like cheerleading i do that!

Become an anorexic and bulemic, wear tiny skirts that are centimeters from showing your underwear, wear shirts that plunge to your belly button, and wear too much makeup... oh yeah, flirt a lot while your at it. You'll definitely get noticed but not in the good way. Okay. I'll be serious. Eat good foods-- fruits, vegetables, whole wheat cereals, etc., exercise a little, wear clothes that flatter your body type and your personality, and just be comfortable with yourself and the people around you. Cliche, yes, but true.

1) DONT STARVE YOURSELF! That is not healthy for you. And when you strave yourself and drop the weight fast as soon as you start eating again your going to gain all of it back PLUS MORE! Your not going to lose like 20 pounds in two weeks. But exercise do warmups, cardio, pilates, kick boxing everyday of the week. But change up the routine. Also cut out the junk and greasey food. Eat more healthy like salads, veggies & etc..
2) Right now the whole stripes and leggings and stuff is in style.
3) Just be yourself! And trust me people will notice you.

#1 just try exercizing and just eat healthy stuff with low carbs and if u ever get full your doing a bad job (do not starve your self) if u keep the routine up your body will get used it
#2 do not i repeat do not wear the skirt and the leggins u will just blend right in with the crowed. but dark jeans with a semi flare and some fun colored pointy toe pumps with a top that matches the soes ur golden.....acceseries: a gold hoop belt OVER THE SHIRT, hoop earings, big and long purles, and if people have known you at your school before try a different hair style

losing weight should be done the smart healthy way... hoping you don't want to lose too much weight in two weeks. It depends on your body metabolism , You may not lose anything for awhile then all of a sudden you do. Walking is good and not eating junky foods and especially eating junky foods after 7 p.m. If you are hungry eat un sweetened cereals, salads, fruit, veggies, rice cakes . walking and keeping active is two sure ways for you.

don't try and lost a lot of weight fast. it's horrible for your metabolism, and you'll probably gain it back. there's no easy way to lose weight. eat a balanced diet. get rid of the nasty processed crap and eat whole grain, lots of fruits and veggies. do a lot of cardio if you want to burn fat. run, bike, just get your heart rate up. I would suggest a combination of cardio and strength training. (push ups, sit ups, etc.) don't push yourself too far, but you're going to have to work hard if you're serious about it. the most important thing is developing a healthy lifestyle. you'll feel a thousand times better. trust me, i started running every morning this summer and at first i hated it, but i have so much more energy and, my legs look great! don't obsess, if you feel great, it will show, and whatever you do, don't skip meals. you body will go into survival mode and your metabolism will slow way down. it will hold onto every ounce of fat, making it impossible to lost it.

alrite for the weight, PLEASE promise me that u won't go on sum crazy diet or sumthing..here's how i have my 98 pound body, even tho i eat A LOT
i eat pretty good...and im not just saying that..eat ur dinner, breakfast...i usually eat lots for breakfast, like, 2 1/2 bowls of cereal, sum lunch, not a lot (not my fault, not very hungry then) and then when i get home, i have a snack, usually a lil brownie or sumthin, and then i eat ALL my dinner, sumtimes seconds...im also in vball, and i run a mile every day, and then we do stairs (don't go that drastic when ur starting out)..just work ur way up to a mile and stuff, but a good thing to start out with is 6 inches...here's sumthin that i already answered:

first of all y do u wanna get noitced at skool,... ? ok you can do it by many ways... wear tight fit trunkshirt and with out bra . wear bright colors. wear short mini skirt and bend down time to time as if you are takin something from ground, in this case no panties .... you ll be gettin more attention all the day .. you cannt sit anywhere and you cannt walk around ... you ll be so much famous
