Good question. SDo otehrs feel the same way? have there been accidents? Is there a safety issue? How about getting on the agenda at the next school Board meeting and ask them? If the Board is not responsive, you can get the media involved. Perhaps a local or state candidate would like to take this on as a campaign issue.

the college bus motive force is an major portion of your newborn's complete college journey.. If the first element contained in the morning on your newborn's college day is to experience on a bus the position chaos regulations, your newborn may make up excuses or play ill, purely to be out of the bus as a lot as available. also the bus motive force is the in ordinary words individual between your newborn and all the reckless drivers on the line to artwork contained in the mornings. protecting using isn't ordinary for something as tremendous as a bus and bus drivers can not be useful if there is chaos on the bus among the youngsters.. hence, I for one, imagine there could be 2 persons on a bus even as it really is wearing toddlers to and from college.. Cameras are large yet they in ordinary words supply evidence, not assistance. We used to have an older newborn experience the bus with the more youthful grades. They were stated as the bus "safe practices". We also had an older newborn or toddlers contained in the college halls, monitoring the youngsters. Neither of those positions became funded. i imagine we could continuously have those positions filled through a severe college scholar and paid a salary as a preparation application. The bus motive force must have a say in who's his/her bus "safe practices". If a paid position isn't a probability, per chance figure volunteers could fill portion of the journeys.. or perhaps all of them in the journey that your mothers and fathers are prepared. good success on your bus service. :)

It is called 'a consequence of Prop 13.'
It is an example of what happens when democratic principles are overturned. Even though a majority of people recognize the need for more money in Education, it takes a 2/3 vote to pass a bill that raises the money.

Short busses can only fit so many people at once. Takes too much time to pick all the kiddies up.
