Really slooooow drivers who have no idea they are behind the wheel of a moving vehicle. Especially if I am running late for work. Very, VERY, annoying.

The person who drives 10 miles under the speed limit FOREVER, but when you finally try to pass them they MAGICALLY find their gas pedal and refuse to let you get ahead of them. It's during those times when I wish I had a grenade launcher attached to the hood of my car....BOOOOOM!
