i wish i was mellow, im only really mellow when i am tired and a little drunk! say for example after a hard days work during the autumn its dark i go into my local with the open fire going sitting on my own and 2 pints later. mostly i stress about everything and drive my girlfriend mad by wanting to do stuff all the time and rushing her.

i know how to be mellow though, but i am quick to stress and be hyper.

Oh, I'm mellow. Positively frosty at times.

I made a vow never to run for a train or bus, or approaching a pedestrian crossing when the lights are changing.

I'd rather get there at a leisurely saunter and miss the bus / train / whatever (then shrug and go "Oh, well" and impress people with my rock hard Stoic attotude), than to run like a fool and still miss it (and look like a prat who's lost the plot).

I'm a mellow hyperactive! I'm mellow, laid back but underneath I'm as frantic as a rabbit caught in the headlights!

Very mellow - so much that I have to check my pulse at times to see if I'm still alive.

I took my mother for a drive today. I'm not long driving... she was freakin' out and I just drove without a bother!
It was sooo funny watching her freak out byu the way! My poor mother!!
She asked me if I see any potential dangers or risks when driving, like the one's she saw. I said nope!

So, to answer your question, I'm pretty mellow!
