Feel younger for sure, then maybe my knees and back wouldn't ache all the time.

Well, I would say feel younger since I already look younger than I am and I don't really like it.

Since I feel younger than my age, I have to say look older. People think I am 10 years younger than my age and treat me accordingly. It really gets to me.

that is a great question...
guess i'd have to go with feel younger. i think feeling younger inside (more energetic and less beaten down by life) would end up making you look younger on the outside to some extent anyway. like you'd get more sun, be more active so wouldn't have that "filled out" look, you'd be smilier.

Well I'm 50 and look like I am in my late 30's so I can honestly say I would like to feel younger cause my body aches like I'm 70.

Feel younger, you can look great on the outside and feel miserable on the inside, even with plastic surgery.

I'd rather feel younger...
you can change your looks,
if it's that important to you
