i just bought a pair of white sweatpants and when i was trying it on at home, i saw that the back shows my underwear! so... what should i do?

Besides the obvious, you could return the sweat pants.

wear a thong or if the fabric is too thin you will be better with a g-string

wear a color that is close to your skin tone and maybe just a tad darker. That way you won't see your undies.
