when is the best time to talk to a guy?in public or in private.

In private i would think it might be a little awkward whatever the conversation may be cause theres no one around but it let him be and say what he wants. Guys usually talk more intimate and personally when they are alone as opposed to being with a group of friends.

The first couple of time to see this guy yo l should do in in public. Then after you know him better privates OK. he might open up more. But keep on your toes.

If you are trying to get rid of him permanently and he just doesn't seem to get it. Do it in public. That way you have witnesses and he can't get physical. I had to do this recently with a guy I was seeing and had lied about his past. Just say he preys on women. I hadn't seen him for a couple of months and all of a sudden there he was at the store following me around. I turned around when he grabbed my waist and told him to leave and he asked if he could go home with me. I then told him in a firm voice (so that others could hear) to get away from me before I had the cops called because he had accosted me. He backed off and left. Haven't heard a thing since.

Private...they tend to be a little less aware of what you are saying in public...also you can really open up and not worry about others in private!!
