What do you need help with, putting the net in or what. Or are you embarrased about it??? I wouldn't fret about it, it's just for work, when the day is done you take it off, and hey your making money to buy awesome things for yourself. Hair net=awesome new jeans, dress, cellphone, belt, etc.

Yeah, put your hair in a bun or ponytail & glide that net over your head so that it covers all your hair.
