IN THE USA ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE UNLESS YOU BUY AN EXISTING BANK OR OWN ONE ALREADY. WAL-MART HAS BEEN TRYING FOR 5 YEARS TO GET A LIMITED BANK CHARTER AND THEY CAN NOT DO IT SO DOESTHAT GIVE YOU AN IDEA WHAT YOUR CHANCES ARE AND HOW HARD IT IS ?
