you know when you rub on skin for too long you get that little bubble filled with water. well if it is popped and you put peroxide on it to disinfect.what if around it turns purple is it an infection.

So you have a blister that has busted and turned purple along the outside...? hmmm.... I'd put some neosporin on it and cover with a band-aid... You'll be ok... good luck blisters suck...

The "water" as you're calling is not water but a blood component called plasma.
Step #1 Disinfect the wound with 50% - 91% rubbing alcohol use the strongest you can stand.
Step #2 use peroxide to get rid of what the rubbing alcohol missed.
Step #3 Apply neosporin to wound.
Step #4 Bandage wound for larger wounds gauze is a good padding bandage.
Step #5 Change bandage as needed.
Side note clean wound site area before you apply the new bandage. if improvement in a few days doesn't happen you should go to the doctor pronto.
I have a room-mate who had a similar injury a while back followed the steps listed above and it worked like a charm for him. These steps are medical steps that his local pharmacist doctor told him to follow.

You don't want to use peroxide on any open wound it can cause an infection. Contact your Doctor and see what they suggest to be on the safe side

probably not. it should turn a lil darker when the bubble thing is gone. but if its a huge blob of dark purple, maybe you should put some neosporin or sumthin. but it its there fore a few days, go see the doc.

Good that it healed. Make sure it heals completely, because it might spread and turn into eczema.
