First off, to prevent the stains in the first place purchase deodorant that is CLEAR. Not White! Pour a touch of your fabric detergent on the stain and rub between your fingers then toss in washer with load of clothes.

If you just wont change your deodorant to clear, then launder inside out, hand pre treat if gentle wash. on you before you leave the house, late already? Lint free dish towel and a mild bar soap water mix. put tea towel under shirt and dip fee end in soapy water, pat and daub at mark, try not to stretch fabric, when you cant see it anymore, pat dry with try end of towel. hope this helps.
