Take him to King Taco on the corner of 3rd Street and Ford Blvd. in East Los Angeles. They have the best tacos and burritos on the planet. You won't regret it.

when i'm bored, i would go to venice beach. each day is never the same. after that, swing to redondo or santa monica to have dinner. or go to rock gym in signal hills. i don't know how far you are from downtown china town. i love it there during week days (less people).
