they need to swivel I've tried Blu Tack but then they pop out again and I fall off

I have tried a couple of the ideas it was ok for a bit longer than it was before but out it poped again.
It is fairly new I may have to send it back
or resort to taking them off as was also suggested

Hi, I work with second hand office furniture. Try putting tape or plastic (Cling film or a bit of a plastic bag) on the pin of the castor to make it ihicker so it sticks in.

You can wrap 1 turn of masking tape around the stem, causing it to add more friction between the receiver and the stem. If the caster still falls out wrap another and another until it stops falling out. It works, I have done it.

wrap the castor pin with tape or similar to thicken the pin and then push it back in
