yes i have gone on strike several time in my life and each time we all gained better wages and better working conditions.

Often a tough call to cross. I have never crossed a picket line, mine or someone Else's, but I can understand those who choose to and do not judge them for every must have a reason that they do.

I believe that if you have to strike to get what you want, you are in a bad situation. Using a strike is an attempt to exert force into a negotiation. Who want to work for someone who has to be forced to treat you fairly?
