Yes. I have a number of times and like you headed for the shower, humming, and then realized that it was Saturday and I didn't have to go to work!
Another time i woke up doing my thing getting ready for work when I realized it was Sunday! So I just finished up and was ready for church! Amazing!
Nice sensible question!

Often. I think it's normal. I still have dreams where I think I have a test I haven't studied for & I've been out of school a LONG time. I don't get too far anymore, but I used to. Don't worry about it.

i've woken up at 5 in the morning on a tuesday and got ready to go to sunday school. not quite as bad as 2 am, but i still felt pretty dumb when my parents said "what are you doing? you dont have to go to school for hours, and your not supposed to wear that to school!"
i went back to sleep in my church clothes, and went to school that way

Yes but not very often. I love that word discombobulated though. So that's how you spell it.
