To obtain a position in engaging children in dynamic instruction to promote and foster child development.

Then use your second sentence.

It sounds a little wordy. What position requires dynamic instructoin? What is dynamic instruction? Are you looking for a classroom position or a position in a group home or specialized school? Would a Sped director understand what your goal meant? Good luck on your job search.

No. It is convoluted and will turn off a potential employer. Try to use a straightforward clear approach.
