how do you build a shop at neopets?

i am 9 have 4 neopets

What kind of shop? If you're referring to food, you've got to have enough points to buy a shop and items from the food items. As for others, check out the FAQ. I've had mine for a year and a half now, when it's mostly vegetarian foods. I call it Hollistic Herbs. It took me a while to get there. You can also ask the boards for help.
