It means that if you walk a mile in my shoes than you know what it's like for me. Sort of putting yourself in that person's position. Sorry it's a short answer but I hope it helps!

To "walk a mile in my shoes" or "...someone else's shoes," means to take a look at another persons perspective. "To walk in their shoes" is to see how that person works and lives and to take a look at things from their side based on these things. However, if this person wears 3 inch heels, this may be uncomfortable.

Basically it means "contempt prior to investigation." Another way to put it is to pre-judge (prejudice) someone before you know the facts.
On the lighter side, before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in his shoes....That way, you'll be a mile away, and you'll have his shoes!

It means you don't really know the experience of someone else until "you have walked a mile in their shoes"-- basically, until you have dealt with their joys and sorrows, limitations and triumphs.

It means to see life or an issue from another person's viewpoint. For example, you can't know what it's like to be working the drive-through window at a fast food restaurant until you've done it. Refrain from criticizing someone until you know what it's like to do their job.

It's telling the other person to live, breathe, eat, just be the other person and see what it's like to be them for the moment.
