My experience is no. If you look at the tee-ball cleats, they have a toe cleat at the very front of the foot that is not present on a pair of soccer cleats. This is for the protection of the soccer players. The league may have different rules, but I would say no.

no. i play soccer and softball and the cleats are different.
softball and baseball cleats are built on a low impact basis. they are not as safe for the foot in a soccer game.
on a softball/baseball cleat there is an extra spike at the front that is illegal in soccer games. players on the field can be hurt by that extra spike
my advice get a pair of soccer cleats

I would advise not to as the grips are totally different and the child could end up damaging their ankle ligaments (or worse achilles) because the grip is not designed for the twisting and turning necessary in soccer - this is especially advisable on the dryer ground as the ground won't give at all.

Nope, it HAS to be soccer hoes, the reason is most likely because of safety.
