Your obviously well hydrated to begin with but drinking too little water and a lot of caffiene (which causes you to be dehydrated) is not a good idea. Don't do it frequently or for long periods of time. But your urine sounds fine.

Your urine is VERY diluted by all the caffenine in your system. Now the same thing would happen if you drank a lot of water. Lay off some of the caffenine and get your water level up.

Coffee makes your body "think" you are hydrated, so the kidneys receive a signal to remove a normal amount of water, not horde it to prevent dehydration. So your pee is pale as it should be.

But you really are dehydrated, and you may get symptoms such as headaches, neckaches, or upper backaches.

My wife says that for every cup of coffee, you should drink two cups of water.

Very light colored urine is what is desirable...typically means you are properly hydrated...dark yellow urine is a sign of not drinking enough clear fluid...

Why yours would be quite light, if you aren't drinking much clear fluid, I cannot say...
