I wouldn't worry unless it continues to a day to two. GI upset (diarrhea) can be caused by foods that don't agree with you, may have microorganisms , and sometimes by medicines you are taking. Usually a regular diet does not cause diarrhea, unless you eat a TON of fruit.

Some times it's hard to tell what caused it. It could be food that you ate, nerves and many other things.
But think back to what you ate in the last 24 hours, how you felt mentally etc. and you might be able to pin point where the problem started.
I wouldn't suggest your drinking fluids, since you are already have en ought fluids in your body at that point. Wait until your over it and then start to replace fluids you lost. I would eat bread, cheese. rice soon after. You could also take a anti diarrhea pill or fluid if it continues frequently.

Could be a number of things. If it has subsided, no reason you cannot eat a regular meal if you have an appetite. Skipping meals is never a good idea, although sometimes when you are ill food just makes you feel worse.

First question, recall all you've eaten, and second question, im not sure what you mean by one this afternoon, if youre talkin about the diarrhea, just water makes it continue, you need somethin solid on your stomach, maybe crakers first and pepto bismo is good.
