I hate that term but I had to make a point. I'm attracted to ftms but have found some don't like that I tend to date transmen more than bio men. I see all the men I date as whole people and don't focus on the fact they're trans, or ask intrusive, ignorant questions.

i believe the answer to your question lies in the the personal desire to be objectified.

if one enjoys objectification, (as the the objectified or the objectifier) then they will seek that dynamic (bio or trans/straight or gay). that said, one cannot assume that because ones gender is atypical that they would be welcoming of said dynamic. hence, an average trans guy would be no more interested in a "tranny chaser" as a female waitress @ hooters would be in a patron of the establishment.

Some transpeople in general don't like tranny chasers. Whether you're a chaser or not, which I doubt, because you date transmen more often, you get that label. Yep, there's bad apples in every group.

Personally, as a transwoman myself, I don't like tranny chasers. I don't want to be around someone who thinks of me as a sex object with boobs and a dick.

I'm a trans guy and it really doesn't matter to me if the girl i am dating is considered a "tranny chaser" but i can understand why some guys do

My guess is that tranny's are more like chicks (even if they do have a stick) so you get along more. They (trannys) are more apt for girl talk, chick movies, makeup, fashion....a bio male just wants to wear jeans, have a beer, and get a bj. Not quite as exciting, huh?

Because they feel objectified, you don't like them you like the fact they are trans is how it feels.

I used to hate it when men went on about my blond hair, it was like they were not interested in me just my hair

They worry that you're seeing them as a sexual fetish, as a plaything, and not as a whole person. I'm sure that if you do see them as whole people, you can prove them wrong.
