First of all you need to identify your target market. Ask yourself who would use your product and make a list. For example, I sell industrial cleaning products. My customers include all businesses who clean their offices, janitorial companies who would be contracted to clean, schools and colleges etc. Next you have to devise a way to get them to know about your product so ask your self these questions. Hpw do I reach my target market? What are the best ways? You may place ads in the paper, on TV or you may use fliers. Whatever method you use must be the most likely way to reach your target market. Cold calls might also be necessary.

The cheapest way by far to sell your product is by word of mouth. Get a few close friends and family members and their frends to buy and use your product and if it is great they will tell someone else about it.
If you had mentioned what kind of product you are selling then I could give you specific ways to sell it. Hope this helps. All the best!
