Just before bedtime, position yourself before your bathroom sink and speak this incantation-
Hail ye toothfairy I do summon thee to join me at my sink and witness these rites of oral hygene that I may have sparkly teeth and minty fresh breath from this moment forward until morning when I shall repeat this rite again and invoke you once more to bless my mouth with minty freshness.

Turn on the faucet, place your toothbrush underneath (If you have really foul breath you might want to use a black one). Carefully cleanse it and sanctify it saying "By the grace of the toothfairy do I bless this toothbrush that it might aid me in my quest for minty freshness."

Shake your toothbrush once in each of the directions (4 or 7, whichever suits your path best) wetting it again if necessary to get a good wet spray.

Now shake the toothbrush over the tube of toothpaste saying "By the grace of the toothfairy do I bless this toothpaste that it might aid me in my quest for minty freshness."

Now put some toothpaste on the bristles of the toothbrush, just a little goes a long way!

Using the brush, apply the toothpaste to your teeth and brush doesil over every surface chanting as you do so, "Keep those choppers looking awesome, brush em twice a day and floss em."

When you have repeated this chant nine times three times, repeat, this time brushing widdershins. Continue alternating until you feel the spell has done its work.

Finally, spit into the sink, stand up and shout "Blessed be ye, oh Toothfairy, for thou hast blessed me with minty freshness."

Cleanse the toothbrush once more, close the directions as you opened them, with a little wet toothpaste shake.

Now put your toothbrush in its sacred holder, cap the toothpaste, rinse out the sink. As your foamy spit swirls down the drain declare "Stay if you will, go if you must. Hail and Farewell!"

Its not so much a spell as a ritual. You take the athame and put the minty herbal sacrifice on the bristles. Now the minty herbal sacrifice can be found in both gel and paste form, those two work best. Now then, you have to remember as you push the bristled end of the athame across your teeth and gums you have to keep saying in your head 'Halitosis be gone'

After a considerable time, 3-4 minnutes of repeating the ritual, you have to spit and rinse, lest the halitosis demons remain.

Finally, you have to make a second offering to the goddess, by using listerine, and gargling to your favourite tune.

Yes, one of my closest friends is a Wiccan woman. She says to go to CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid, Wal-mart, Target or a grocery store. Look for the aisle that sells these plastic handled things called TOOTHBRUSHES. Right next to that is something in a tube called TOOTHPASTE. Purchase a toothpaste and a toothbrush. Go home, remove the paste and brush from their packaging. Take the top off the toothpaste. It may or may not have a foil cover. If it does, CAREFULLY remove the cover to cancel the spell and unlock the magic of flouride and baking soda. Add a little paste to the brush. Wet it a little, a few drops of any liquid or potion here will do. Begin to paint your teeth, gums, tongue and the roof of your mouth with the paste. Do not swallow. Rinse out your mouth with water. Done.

If you really are a "Pagan Occultist Witch Magus", than you would have the WILL to do it without a spell. And if you really were what you said you are, then you would understand the stupidity of the what you asked.

With all the time it would take to learn and conjour a spell like that, I think it would be best just to brush your teeth regularly like us non-wiccans.
