The ticket could have blown off your car. Don't ingore this problem go down to the local police station and get it solved. I had this happen to me and the officer wrote the plate number down wrong!!!!...The plate did not match the make,color and type of car I had. I did not have to pay!!

could be many reasons, someone wipped it off your windscreen
