Personally, I experience a warm peaceful sensation, and want to just relax and enjoy what's just happened. Often times I become very drowsy and doze for a few minutes. Then, all too soon it passes, and it's time to go get another beer because there's a second episode of the Simpsons that comes on again at 6:30.

It would only be temporary anyway as the mother could get on some program and still see her child and get herself through rehab.......~p~
