i shower twice a day but i still get very smelly. Especially after sex. Is it normal for sex to make you smell? I have been checked for sti but it was all negative so im not worried about that. Its just annoying. Sometimes i have to change my trousers throughout the day. is this normal?

It could be that the soaps/deodorants that you are using are too strong, and are killing off the good bacteria which is needed by our bodies. Try using milder ones and also taking natural yoghurt for a while.

yes, it can be normal. You've gotten some other good suggestions. You could be killing off the good bacteria, so try the yogurt and the pad. Odor down there, like under your arms is caused by bacteria that attaches to something else like clothes,hair, etc. and grows which creates the unpleasant odor. It might help also to trim down in that area if you have a lot of hair. Having sex changes the PH level of the vaginal secretions but you shouldn't douche too often. When you do, don't use any other kind but vinegar and water or one with betadine. These 2 are naturally acidic like the secretions your body naturally makes. Good luck.

Yeah, try wearing a light pad and just changing that often. Also, I'd go to a doctor if you're worried about it.

It is normal, especially after sex to stink....
Just wash up the best you can and try to stay clean...
