when your skin is clear your pores are wide open. that why we sweat after a shower.

it is possible to sweat more in the same conditions(temperature, humidity) if you have just taken a shower than not having one..

you also sweat too much while swimming in the sea but because of the water it is immpossible to understand it.

the same happens when you take a hot shower. it is like beeing in a sauna..

You can sweat in a hot shower. When you step out you will still be sweating.
