How old are you?If your young it is probably a crush.I had a crush on my cousin when I was 15 or so.I later found out he had a crush on me at the same time.Thank God i didn't know it at the time.

I've been there but he was my step-cousin. Find someone else, really!! This isn't good for the family. And maybe its not love. Just lust

You've already taken the first and hardest step--admitting it. My advice would be to tell someone you can trust who can counsel you on healthy ways to deal with your feelings (like a wise older family member or a counselor). And don't be too hard on yourself, it's more normal than you think, and legal in many countries!

I would run away from that. If the 2 of you decided to stay together and eventually get married just think of the effects that could have on your children. They could have numerous health problems. It wouldn't be worth it to your family and your kids.

Don't sweat it if it's a distant cousin...first cousin romantic relationships are considered incest. Your genes are just too, too similar.
