I want to hear a candidate tell me that he is concerned with problems here in America. The Iraq War was and is a big mistake, and we will have to ride it through, even for the new elected President. But don't let our Country fall apart just because of Iraq. The fight on Terrorism should be a joint venture with other allies and not just the United States only. It is very senile to think that one Country is going to stop terrorism. And we are paying the price for it. We need to hear things like the economy, jobs, illegals showing proof of citizenship, and an end to the fiasco in Iraq.

CRIME!! We can send 10,000 troops to shake up criminal terrorists in other countries...fine. But what about the criminals terrorizing our own streets? Big deal, we kill a bunch of people who don't like us to begin with, but they ought to be fought here, not there. We have a shortage of PD in so many cities, that those troops could do a lot of good patrolling our own streets at night, as they do in other parts of the world. Would people be as inclined to commit crime right in front of a couple guys holding M-16's?
And no, I don't mean Marshal Law, or a Police State, just a boost to overburdened police services, so they can clear out the trash. We need to clean our own house first and foremost!!
PS. America..Vote DAMN IT!

Who will become the best leader and has the guts to do what's right in spite of the ravings of a bunch of nudniks burning flags and crying about it being unfair that they are not receiving money they are not entitled to.

In today's world we need moral strength and less bulls**t from the persons in our government.

Most important is getting out of this ridiculous invasion of Iraq to soothe Bush's ego (seems nobody remembers Bush II's famous line about removing Saddam before he was elected "He tried to kill my daddy!).
Secondly, the recent administrations have allowed massive influxes of noncitizens, illegally.
Third, the erosion of individual rights in the name of the war on terrorism. Yeah-there are all of these huge #s of terrorists stalking our countryside waiting to attack our cities and steal our children.

The administration's foolish and highly inflammatory foreign policy and the attention it is taking away from domestic problems.
