why cant i just dissapear
let go of what i lost
and forget my fear
memories keep me away from sleep
everything runs deep
wishing to make up for
what i coudnt keep
its been hard to live
since you been gone
now when i see you
it all comes rushing back
its harder to be who i was before
and move on
in my mind theres picture of you
and the truth is..
i cant picture myself with anyone new
i know that if you read this
you'll laugh and say you dont care
these are things i've never told you
since you told me almost everything
im only trying to be fair

i write in my spare time either about my day or ect. important or not. or about somthing that i cant express myself in person or say aloud for the fear of being laughed at. so tell me what you think.. thanx

Well, it looks like you could make a song out of it, but my advice would be to not post anything on the Internet that you don't want stolen. Anybody can read this, and it would be a shame if someone else took your idea and claimed it for his or her own. Having said that, your poem/song is decent, although it could use a little revision here and there. Hone your skills by writing more songs. Chances are you'll write a lot more crap than good stuff, but it's worth it. Keep up the good work!

I personally think that, that would be an amazing song. I write songs myself. You just have to if you make it a song make it a little longer because you will have to make a verse 1, chorus, verse 2, bridge. I have written about 28 original songs.

i have no idea but weather that becomes a song or a poem that is soooo very good i can really ralate to that poem /song. i will tell you somthin' you are going to be famous if you make that into a poem you might want to think of copyrighting that poem/song . it would be a very nice i m thinking of a rock song but anyways that poem / song is good keep up the good work ! =) best of wishes texaschic101

i thought it was good. depending on what you choose for a refrain, i'm not sure about it being a song. but it's a really good angst-y poem.

it will be great as a song. but as a poem , it has a lot of cliches. good luck!!!
