it really depends on a lot of factors such as age and body size but in general it should be over when 5 days have passed. When you are older (much older) it can be as short as 2 days or as long as 12 or you might get the joy of two in one month that each seem to last 2 weeks - It doesn't matter what you want it to be it will always be an inconvenient pain - hardly a "womanly blessing"
